Multiattack. The hellbug makes three melee attacks and uses Crushing Charge.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: , reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: piercing damage, and the target is swallowed if it is a Medium or smaller creature. A swallowed creature is blinded and restrained, has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the hellbug, and takes acid damage at the start of each of the hellbug's turns. The hellbug's gullet can hold up to two creatures at a time. If the hellbug takes 20 damage or more on a single turn from a creature inside it, the hellbug must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution saving throw at the end of that turn or regurgitate all swallowed creatures, each of which falls prone in a space within 10 feet of the hellbug. If the hellbug dies, a swallowed creature is no longer restrained by it and can escape from the corpse using 10 feet of movement, exiting prone.

Crushing Charge. The hellbug moves up to 30 feet in a straight line and can move through the space of any creature smaller than Huge. The first time it enters a creature's space during this move, it makes a stomp attack against that creature. If the attack hits, the target must also succeed on a DC 17 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If a creature fails the save by 5 or more, it also takes bludgeoning damage, or bludgeoning damage if it was already prone.
