Actions
Multiattack. The xanmu makes two covetous grasp attacks. It can use Discard in place of one attack.
Covetous Grasp. Melee Weapon Attack: , reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: bludgeoning damage and the target must make a DC 15 Strength saving throw. On a failure, the target is disarmed of either its weapon or shield, and the xanmu is now holding that item. The xanmu has three hands. Each hand can hold one item, and can't be used to attack while doing so.
Discard. The xanmu throws one held item up to 60 feet in any direction. It can use the item as a ranged weapon, attacking one creature along the item's path () and dealing damage per 10 feet the item has travelled.
Reactions
Incite Envy. When the xanmu is targeted by an attack made by a creature the xanmu can see within 30 feet, it tries to divert the attack before the attack roll is made. The attacker must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the attacker targets the creature closest to it, other than the xanmu or itself. If multiple creatures are closest, the attacker chooses which one to target.
