Multiattack. The wendigo makes two claw attacks. If both attacks hit a single target, the wendigo may make a bite attack against the same target as a bonus action.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: , reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: slashing damage.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: , reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: piercing damage and the wendigo gains temporary hit points equal to twice its Constitution modifier (8).
Nightmare (1/Day). The wendigo enters the dreams of a sleeping humanoid within 1,000 feet. A protection from evil and good spell cast on the target prevents this contact, as does a magic circle. The target must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the wendigo may manifest as a phantasmal monstrosity and twist the creature's dream into a nightmare that lasts the duration of the target’s sleep and prevents the target from gaining any benefit from that rest. In addition, when the target wakes up, it takes (7) psychic damage.
