Harpoon. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: , reach 5 ft. or range 25/50 ft., one target. Hit: piercing damage, or piercing damage when used with two hands to make a melee attack. If the kuo-toa scores a critical hit or reduces a target to 0 hit points, the target is impaled and tethered to the kuo-toa. Any creature can take an action to remove the harpoon from the target with a successful DC 13 Wisdom (Medicine) check. Failure still removes the harpoon but deals damage as the barbs rake the wound. Additionally, if the kuo-toa or the target attempts to move further than 50 feet from the other, it must first succeed a Strength contest against the other.
