While sneezing in this way, a creature is blinded and incapacitated. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. The cloud lasts for rounds, or until a wind of moderate or greater speed (at least 10 miles per hour) disperses it.
